I’m Monica, and I am so glad you stopped by. I am a lifestyle photographer that specializes in maternity, newborn, and family photography.
My photos help you stop and see what is precious in your life and appreciate the beauty of the current season you are in.
If you are like me, you may be a bit worried about what you actually do once the camera is pointed at you. I will help you NOT give a double thumbs-up for every picture (apparently this is my go-to pose). But instead, I will encourage you to feel confident and allow you to relax into the moment and enjoy the time with your family. You aren’t expected to know where and how to stand, that’s my job and I love what I do!

i’m passionate about encouraging and supporting fellow moms in the journey of motherhood. my goal is to give you amazing photos and to have you feel cared for throughout our time working together.
My first career was a Registered Nurse, where I was able to serve people during a vulnerable time. I bring that same sense of respect and understanding to photographing your family’s life, knowing you have allowed me to view and document this beautiful story of yours.
I’m a wife to a creative, introverted gamer who has helped me become a more relaxed person. I’m a mom of three kiddos that brighten my day and remind me how fun life can be. I love spending time with my family, so you will find our small crew out and about to discover new adventures together.
I love iced coffee, celebrating birthdays, unreasonably hot showers, baseball hats, checking things off my to-do list, walking until my feet hurt, frozen cookie dough, playing tennis, and crawling in bed with a good book.
I am a constant planner, list-maker, organizer and am always getting ready for the next thing, but looking through a camera lens allows me to slow down, breathe, and and enjoy the here and now.

My kids! When my oldest son was born, I was instantly smitten and wanted to remember every detail of him. I witnessed first hand how quickly a newborn grows and changes into a baby, then toddler, and then full-sized kiddo. Taking photos of my children has helped me appreciate each stage they are in and has created a way for me to tuck those memories into my heart. I want to do the same for you.
